To ensure your plants arrive healthy, we recommend adding a heat pack to your order if the temperature in your city is below 40° at any point during the week following your purchase.
We don't recommend shipping to cities with temperatures below 32
°. If you chose to order anyways, we recommend insulating the box!

Plants are shipped on the Monday or Tuesday following your purchase. If you place an order on a Monday or Tuesday, it will be shipped the following week.
Orders are available only within U.S. borders. For orders shipped to Hawaii or Puerto Rico, additional shipping fees may apply.

If temperatures in your area are expected to drop below 45°F at any point within two weeks of your purchase, please be sure to add a heat pack and insulation to your order.
We do not recommend shipping to locations with below-freezing temperatures. If you choose to place an order during freezing conditions and the plants arrive damaged, we cannot offer a replacement or credit.
We kindly suggest waiting until the weather warms up a bit before ordering. Thank you for understanding!

Can I order a plant that says "Local Pickup Only" and have it shipped?
Yes, we absolutely can ship a larger plant that says "Local Pickup Only" in the size. Please note, there will be an additional shipping invoice following your purchase. If you no longer want the plant after the invoice is received, a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee will apply to the order.
