When will my plants ship?
All packages are shipped the Monday following purchase if weather permits. If you purchase plants on a Monday, your package will be shipped the following Monday.
What if my plants arrive in the mail damaged?
Your plant success is our number one priority. If your shipped plant arrives unhealthy or significantly damaged, we will replace it up to 14 days after the plants arrival!

Do I need to add a heat pack to my order?
Shipping plants to cold cities can be challenging. Tropical plants need a certain environment to thrive and can become damaged if exposed to cold temperatures.
To ensure your plants arrive healthy, I would recommend adding a heat pack to your order if the temperature in your city is below 40° at any point during the two weeks following your purchase.
Shipping is unavailable to cities with below freezing temperatures. Please wait until it's a bit warmer to order! I'm sorry for any inconvenience.

What soil is best for tropical plants?
Generally, I would suggest using a well draining soil and adding perlite, orchid bark, lava rock, pumice or peat moss to further aerate the soil!
