Shipping Schedule

Plants are shipped on the Monday or Tuesday following your purchase. If you place an order on a Monday or Tuesday, it will be shipped the following week.

All orders are shipped via UPS, except for orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, which are shipped via USPS.

Additional shipping charges may apply for deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order. Rates typically start at around $14. Please note that I do not profit from shipping costs—100% of the cost goes toward safely delivering your plant to its destination.

Temperature Conditions

If temperatures in your area are expected to drop below 50°F at any point within two weeks of your purchase, please be sure to add a heat pack and insulation to your order.

We do not recommend shipping to locations with below-freezing temperatures. If you choose to place an order during freezing conditions and the plants arrive damaged, we cannot offer a replacement or credit.

We kindly suggest waiting until the weather warms up a bit before ordering. Thank you for understanding!

Low Waste Packaging

We strive to be as sustainable as possible to minimize waste every way we can. Orders are often packaged using a mix of new and recycled materials from other small businesses in efforts to reduce waste.

Thank you for keeping this in mind when your package arrives!

  • Claim & Credit Policy

    Every order is carefully packaged to help ensure your new plants arrive happy and healthy. Please open your package immediately upon delivery. If your plants arrive unhealthy or significantly damaged, you may be eligible for a partial credit. To file a claim, please email us within 24 hours of delivery and be sure to include clear photos of the damaged plants.

    Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. Any partial credit offered will apply to the plants only and not the shipping cost.

    We are not responsible for issuing a credit under the following circumstances:


    • The package is not opened promptly upon delivery

    • Temperatures in the recipient’s city fall below 50°F at any point within two weeks of purchase and weather protection was not purchased

    • Temperatures in the recipient’s city fall below freezing at any point within two weeks of purchase
    • Delivery is delayed in transit

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To accommodate such situations, we offer the following cancellation terms:

• Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the ship date. Since most orders ship on Monday, cancellation requests must be made by Saturday morning before shipping. To cancel your order, please send us an email before the deadline.

• A non-refundable 10% fee will be deducted from the refund to cover administrative and processing costs.

Shipping Policy

We offer FREE local pickup/delivery within Lee County, FL. If you select local pickup/delivery but require shipping instead:

• An additional invoice for the shipping cost will be sent to you via email and must be paid prior to the scheduled ship date.

• If you choose to cancel your order rather than pay the shipping fee, a non-refundable 10% fee will be deducted from the refund to cover administrative and processing costs.
