Shipping Cost
The cost of shipping varies based on size, weight, and distance. We do our very best to offer the best shipping option available while still getting your plants delivered in a timely manner. Shipping normally starts around $12

Temperature Conditions
We recommend adding a heat pack to your order if temperatures in your city is below 40° at any point during the two weeks following your purchase. Shipping is unavailable to cities with below freezing temperatures. Please wait until it's a bit warmer to order! We're sorry for any inconvenience.

Low Waste Packaging
We strive to be as sustainable as possible and minimize waste every way we can. Orders are packaged with new and recycled shipping materials. Please keep this in mind when you receive your package!

Replacement Policy
If your shipped plants arrive unhealthy or significantly damaged, we will replace it up to 14 days after the plants arrival!

Every order is carefully packaged to ensure your new plants arrive happy and healthy! Please open your plant mail immedietly upon arrival. We are not responsible for a replacement or refund under these circumstances:
• Recipient does not promptly open their package.
• If temperature in recipient's city is below 40° and recipient forgoes a heat pack.
