  • Shipping Cost

    The cost of shipping varies based on size, weight, and distance. Shipping normally starts around $14 dollars.

  • Temperature Conditions

    Please add a heat pack to your order if temperatures in your city are below 40° at any point during the two weeks following your purchase. We don't recommend shipping to cities with temperatures below freezing. If you order with below freezing temperatures and the plants arrived damaged, a replacement or credit will not be offered. Please wait until it's a bit warmer to order! We're sorry for any inconvenience.

  • Low Waste Packaging

    We strive to be as sustainable as possible and minimize waste every way we can. Orders are packaged with new and recycled shipping materials. Please keep this in mind when receiving your package! 

  • Credit Policy

    Every order is carefully packaged to ensure your new plants arrive happy and healthy! Please open your package immediately upon arrival. If your shipped plants arrive unhealthy or significantly damaged, a partial credit may be offered. If you'd like to make a claim, please email us within two weeks from receiving your order.
